Baked Penne and Smoked Sausage
HILLSHIRE FARM
1 pound Hillshire Farm Polska Smoked Sausage
1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups canned French fried onions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut sausage in 1/4-inch slices and brown over medium heat in a
skillet; drain.
3. Combine soup and milk in a 3-quart casserole. Stir in pasta, sausage,
peas, and half of the cheese and onions.
4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
5. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 3 minutes,
or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.

White Clam Sauce with Pasta

1 51-ounce can Sea Watch Chopped Sea Clams
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 pounds pasta, cooked until al dente and drained
1. Drain the juice from the can of chopped sea clams into a large sauce
pot; set clam meat aside.
2. Add garlic and wine to the clam juice and cook over high heat until
reduced by one-third.
3. Lower heat to medium and add butter, olive oil and parsley; simmer
for 10 minutes.
4. Add clam meat and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Makes 4 servings.
