Mary O’s Marinated
Dungeness Crab Legs
2 large Pacific Seafood cooked Dungeness crabs
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Clean and wash crabs. Separate the legs, keeping the shoulder attached
to each leg. On a cutting board, crack each segment of the legs by gently
tapping with the handle of a butter knife or a small rubber mallet.
Place the cracked legs in a large bowl.
2. Pour olive oil over crab legs.
3. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour mixture over crab legs and
gently toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 12 hours,
tossing once an hour.
4. Serve with bread, salad and your favorite beverage. Makes 2 servings.
