1 Thomas’ English Muffin
2 pieces romaine lettuce
1 3- to 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled
2 thin slices tomato
1 ounce ham, thinly sliced
2 thin slices Swiss cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked and drained
2 rings green bell pepper
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
1. Split English muffin in half and toast. Place on a serving plate.
Cover with lettuce.
2. Slice chicken horizontally into 4 pieces.
3. Layer chicken, tomato, ham, Swiss cheese, bacon, and bell pepper
on English muffin halves.
4. Spoon dressing overall. Top with sliced egg. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
