Festive Party Salad
DOLE
4 cups (1 pound) Dole Fresh Frozen Mixed Fruit,
partially thawed
12 cups (1 pound) lightly packed Dole Chopped Hearts of Romaine
Salad Blend
2 cups chopped fresh Dole Tropical Gold Pineapple or 2 cups canned
Dole Pineapple Chunks, drained
1/3 cup prepared raspberry vinaigrette
3 ripe Dole Bananas, divided
1 cup Dole Green Grapes
1. Combine mixed fruit, salad greens and pineapple in a large salad bowl.
2. Place vinaigrette and 1 chopped banana in a blender or a food processor
container and blend until smooth.
3. Slice 2 bananas into 1/2-inch-thick pieces and add to the salad just
before serving.
4. Toss salad with dressing and garnish with grapes. Makes 10-12 servings.
