are suggested for a Pacific-style bar,
but we’re sure that no one will mind if
they’re served at the Atlantic bar, too.

Pacific, situated at each end
of the party area.
Atlantic Beverage Station
Soft drinks and libations
of the Atlantic coast—for
example, cranberry juice, the
state drink of Massachusetts,
or tomato juice for Ohio—
are offered, and the table
is decorated with fishnet
and glass floats.

Vita Passion Crush
1 large pineapple, peeled
and cut into chunks
(or substitute 16 ounces
canned or frozen)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 20-ounce bottle VitaRain
Passion Peach*
1 banana
Sugar or honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients until
smooth. Serve over cracked
ice. Makes 4 servings.
8 ounces grated fresh ginger
Zest and juice of 4 limes
4 cloves (optional)
2 cups brown sugar
Talking Rain Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water*
Virgin Margarita
2 ripe kiwis,
halved and scooped
1. Add first 4 ingredients to 1 quart of boiling water. Reduce Juice of
1 lime
heat and simmer on low 5 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Strain and chill.
1 16.9-ounce bottle Diet Ice
Botanical Key Lime*
2. To serve, add 1 part ginger mixture to 1 part Lemon-Lime
Sparkling Water. Adjust to taste. Makes 8 servings. Blend fruit with lime juice
*Brands may vary by region; substitute a similar product. and Key Lime drink until
