a salad, so we thought
you might appreciate
a few additional ideas.

1 round loaf of bread (we like sourdough)
1 stick butter, melted
One round of baby Brie
3 cloves garlic, chopped, or 1 teaspoon

1 cup Kirkland Signature pine nuts
3 tablespoons canola oil
4 tablespoons Buffalo wing seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Toast pine nuts in a skillet over medium heat until aromatic.

1/3 cup Kirkland Signature pine nuts, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
3. Place nuts in a bowl with oil and stir to coat. Sprinkle
in half the seasoning and toss. Add remaining seasoning,

6. Use the reserved bread pieces to dip into the mixture.
When all the cheese is gone, slice the bread bowl into
sections and eat. This is the best part!
Costco Tip: Shelf life for pine nuts is 1 year. For optimum
freshness, store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
1/2-3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Kirkland Signature pine nuts
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
Combine cinnamon and sugar. Put pine nuts in a bowl
and drizzle with corn syrup. Toss with cinnamon sugar
until coated. Spread on a cookie sheet to air-dry.
