Hearty Clam Chowder
Here’s an easy way to change creamy potato soup
into clam chowder.
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup freshly chopped celery
2 cups water
Chicken of the Sea
Smoked Gouda
Tuna Melt
If you prepare this spread
early in the day and then
microwave and refrigerate
the bacon, the only dirty dish
will be the grilling skillet.
3 pints half-and-half
22/3 cups Bear Creek Country Kitchens
1 8-ounce package cream
cheese, softened
Creamy Potato Soup Mix (dry)
1 cup Sea Watch Chopped Clams, plus 1/3 cup clam juice*
1/2 pound smoked Gouda
cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
22 6-ounce cans
In a 2-quart saucepan add butter and celery to water and Chicken of the Sea
bring to a rolling boil. Whisk in half-and-half and return to Premium Albacore Tuna
boil. Whisk in soup mix and clams with juice. Reduce heat in water, drained*
to medium and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring
