Kirkland Signature Chardonnay incorporates a mixture of fermentations in stainless steel tanks and small oak barrels. The stainless steel fermentation allows for long cool fermentation temperatures which develop the bright, citrus and floral characteristics. Fermentation in barrel helps to fully integrate the toasty, yeasty notes. The combination creates a multidimensional
