Tasting Notes:
This high-quality Kirkland Signature Non Vintage Brut Champagne is a result of careful blending and aging
of several vintages and reserve wines from Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. The classic blend
is Chardonnay with brisk green apple and grapefruit notes, Pinot Noir which provides depth and
concentration, and Pinot Meunier which displays some silky red fruit notes of strawberry and red cherries.
Long bottle aging on the lees has added a toasty bread yeast and caramel component to the Champagne.
