True Nature Seafood
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso (soybean paste)
1 tablespoon honey
4 6-ounce True Nature Seafood
salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives,
or green onion curls
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, miso and honey.
Place salmon in a dish, pour the marinade over and turn to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Transfer the salmon from the marinade to a pan. Season with a sprinkle of
garlic powder. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Switch the oven to broil, and broil until the tops are browned and bubbly,
about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chives or green onions. Makes 4 servings.
