I’m a big fan of the Kirkland Signature
1-pound organic beef blocks. I almost
never make patties out of this ground
beef: This is a cook’s grind. In my home
we use it to make Bolognese, tacos and
one of my family’s favorites, shepherd’s
pie. I also think the 85 percent beef-to-fat ratio is the perfect combination of
;avor and low-fat bene;ts.
The packaging is convenient and allows
for freezing one or two of the blocks if
they’re not to be used all at once. Also,
they fold and ;t nicely into the freezer.
Not only is this meat delicious, but
each serving provides my family with
