Spiral Ham with Caramel Pecans and Bacon
Heat ham according to package directions.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; remove from
the pan and drain. Carefully pour all but ¼ cup bacon grease from the pan.
Add pecans to the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring, until the
pecans are toasted. Stir in caramel topping, brown sugar and bacon. Cook and

1 pound Kirkland Signature
hickory-smoked bacon, cut into
8 ounces chopped pecans
16 ounces caramel topping/sauce
½ cup packed light or dark brown sugar
stir until the sugar has dissolved. Keep warm.
Remove the ham from the oven and place on a serving platter. Spoon the bacon
mixture over the ham and between the slices. Makes about 16 servings.
Note: If desired, place the warm bacon mixture in a serving bowl for people to
ladle over their own servings.
