½ cup packed light or dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 pounds Farmland St. Louis-Style
½ cup Dijon mustard
Barbecue sauce (optional)
In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, chile powder, garlic powder and paprika;
Coat ribs on all sides with mustard. Sprinkle heavily with the seasoning blend.
Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the ribs on a foil-lined shallow baking pan. Roast for 1½- 2 hours, or until
tender. During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce if desired.
