Asiago Bagel Club Sandwiches
Einstein Brothers Bagels/Noah’s New York Bagels
Wash lettuce and dry the leaves. Slice tomatoes, then lightly salt and pepper.
Peel avocado, remove the seed and cut each half into 4 slices.
Leaf lettuce or romaine, to taste
2 tomatoes
Sea salt and pepper
1 ripe avocado
4 Kirkland Signature Asiago cheese bagels
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, or to taste
16 ounces oven-roasted turkey,
thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
8 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise,
or to taste
Cut each bagel into 3 horizontal slices. Grill or toast the bagel slices.
On the bottom layer of each bagel, lightly spread mustard. Add 4 ounces of
turkey and a slice of cheese. Place the middle bagel slice on top. Add lettuce,
then tomato slices, 2 slices of bacon and 2 avocado slices. Spread mayo on
the inside of the top bagel layer. Close the sandwich. Makes 4 servings.
