Gooey Butter Cake with Dried Blueberries

1 18¼-ounce package
yellow cake mix
1 large egg
8 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 tablespoons butter, melted
1 20-ounce bag Kirkland Signature
dried blueberries
1 16-ounce box confectioners’ sugar
an electric beater. Pat the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Prepare the ;lling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add eggs, vanilla and melted butter; beat until blended. Stir in dried
blueberries. Add sugar and mix until well blended.
Spread the ;lling over the cake batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Do not
overbake—the center should be a little gooey.
