1 cup Philippine Brand
dried mango
1 banana
½ cup yogurt
1 cup 100% pure
mango juice
6 ice cubes
Reconstitute dried mango by soaking in warm
water for about 10 minutes, or until soft. Cut into
smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine banana, yogurt and mango
juice; blend until well mixed. Add the reconstituted
mangoes and ice cubes, and blend until smooth.
Makes 1-2 servings.

3 bananas, sliced
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup freshly squeezed
Sunkist orange juice
¼ cup freshly squeezed
Sunkist lemon juice
4-5 cups lemon/lime-flavored soda
4-5 cups freshly squeezed
Sunkist orange juice
Garnish: orange cart wheel
slices and maraschino
cherries threaded on
short wooden skewers
In a blender, combine bananas, sugar, milk, ½ cup
orange juice and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into 2-3 ice cube trays. Freeze.
To serve, place 3-4 frozen cubes in each glass.
Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Pour ½ cup soda and ½ cup orange juice
over the cubes in each glass and stir. Garnish
with an orange slice and cherry on a skewer.
Makes 8 servings.
