Green Tea Peach Virgin Sangria

Ito En green tea bags
3 cups peach nectar
½ cup honey
16 mint leaves
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 peach, peeled and diced
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 lime, sliced, for garnish
Steep tea bags in 5 cups of hot water ( 176°F)
for 30-40 seconds. Remove the tea bags. Let
the tea cool, then refrigerate.
When the green tea is chilled, pour into a
pitcher and add peach nectar, honey and mint
leaves. Stir well, muddling the mint leaves.
Add the fruits, along with several ice cubes.
Serve in glasses garnished with a lime slice.
Makes 8 servings.
Summer Peach Sangria
Fowler Packing
1 bottle (750 ml) dry
white wine
¾ cup peach schnapps
1 cup club soda
¼ cup agave nectar
3 peaches, sliced
¾ cup green
seedless grapes
¾ cup red
seedless grapes
Stir together wine, schnapps, club soda
and agave nectar.
Add fruit and chill for 2 hours.
Serve chilled over ice. Makes 6 servings.
