Blueberry Mojito
Naturipe
8 fresh Naturipe blueberries,
plus more for garnish
6 fresh mint leaves,
plus more for garnish
3 ounces club soda
2 ounces lemon-;avored rum
1 tablespoon simple syrup
(see note)
1 lime wedge
Muddle blueberries and mint with a splash of
soda in a cocktail shaker until they’re crushed.
Fill the shaker with ice, then add rum, simple
syrup and lime.
Shake together, then strain into a glass ;lled
with ice. Add the remaining soda.
Garnish with more mint and blueberries.
Makes 1 serving.
Note: This recipe makes a refreshing drink
without alcohol. You can make simple syrup by
combining 2 cups sugar with 2 cups water. Bring
to a quick boil. Let cool, then store, covered, in
the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

5 Ruby Red grapefruit
Kosher salt or any other
coarse salt
7 ounces tequila
;⁄; cup vodka or
Ruby Red vodka
¼ cup freshly squeezed
lime juice
¼ cup simple syrup
(see note)
6-8 ice cubes
8-10 slices fresh grapefruit
Use 1-2 wedges of grapefruit to rub the rims of
8 glasses. Dip the rims into the salt to coat each
glass. Set aside.
Juice the remaining grapefruit, to yield 2 cups.
Place the grapefruit juice, tequila, vodka, lime
juice, simple syrup and ice in a blender and blend
until smooth. Pour into the glasses and garnish
with grapefruit slices. Makes 8 servings.
