Waldorf Celebration Salad

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup orange juice concentrate
3 CMI Ambrosia apples,
cored and diced
3 CMI Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
2 pounds red and green seedless grapes
1 cup shredded coconut
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate.
In a large bowl, toss together apples, walnuts, celery, grapes and coconut.
Add the dressing and stir to coat. Cover and chill for at least an hour before
serving. Makes 6 servings.
