Rocco DiSpirito
Rocco DiSpirito has been a restaurant owner, radio host,
cookware developer, reality TV show participant and
cookbook author, but above all he’s a passionate creator
of fascinating dishes. His formal studies took place at the
Culinary Institute of America and at the prestigious
Jardin de Cygne in Paris, after which he secured a series
of jobs under leading chefs in France and New York. His
latest book is Rocco’s Real-Life Recipes (Meredith Books,
2007, available at costco.com).
