Guiltless Raspberry Chai Tea Smoothie

3/4 cup vanilla or raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms* Perfectly Protein Vanilla Chai
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup raspberry sorbet
Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
1. Combine yogurt, chai, frozen raspberries and sorbet in a blender and blend
until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries. Makes 2 servings.

Berry-licious Pomegranate Smoothie
APPLE & EVE5
1 1/2 cups Apple & Eve* 100% Pomegranate Juice, chilled
1 cup mandarin oranges in light syrup, chilled
1 cup frozen blueberries
8 ounces low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
Orange slices or fresh mint leaves, for garnish
1. For best results, place pomegranate juice and mandarin oranges in the
freezer for about 30 minutes before starting the recipe.
2. Place pomegranate juice, mandarin oranges, blueberries, frozen yogurt
and ice in a blender and mix until smooth. More or less ice can be used for
desired consistency.
3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with orange slices or mint leaves.
Makes 4-6 servings.
Tip: Plain yogurt and Apple & Eve Cranberry Juice can be substituted for
the frozen yogurt and pomegranate juice, if desired.
