Red Wine Sangria
PARAMOUNT CITRUS5
2 bottles red wine
1 1/4 cups brandy
1 cup orange juice
2 cups Pom* pomegranate juice
1/2 cup simple syrup (see note)
2 Paramount* oranges, sliced
1 Paramount* lemon, sliced
1 Paramount* Minneola tangelo, sliced
Seeds of 1 Pom Wonderful* pomegranate
Orange and lemon slices, for garnish
1. Combine wine, brandy, orange juice, pomegranate juice, simple syrup,
oranges, lemons, tangelos and pomegranate seeds.
2. Place in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Serve in tall glasses or wine goblets, garnished with orange and lemon
slices. Makes 12-14 servings.
Note: To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and cold water in
a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Let
cool to room temperature. Store in the refrigerator.

White Wine Sangria

3 bottles Pinot Grigio
1 3/4 cups brandy
1 cup orange liqueur
1/2 cup sugar
2 Paramount* oranges, sliced
1 Paramount* lemon, sliced
1 Paramount* pummelo, sliced
1 lime, sliced
Orange and lemon slices, for garnish
1. Combine wine, brandy and orange liqueur in a pitcher.
2. Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add sliced oranges, lemon, pummelo and lime.
4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
5. Serve in tall glasses or wine goblets, garnished with orange and lemon
slices. Makes 12-16 servings.
