Cranberry Walnut Salad

Serve Kirkland Signature Meat Lasagna with fresh bread or baguettes from the
Costco Bakery and a salad made with Sweet Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, mixed
salad greens, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts and crumbled goat cheese.
SWEET POPPY SEED VINAIGRETTE
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/4 cup sugar
1. Using a food processor or whisk, combine all ingredients and mix
until well blended.
2. Keep refrigerated.
3. Blend dressing before each use. Makes 12 servings.
