3 To receive a Costco Member Incentive, you must be a current Costco member at the time you open your account. This must be your first Capital One deposit account of any kind through the Costco program and you must fund your account with at least $5,000 within 30 days of account opening. Executive Members get a $60 Incentive. Gold Star and Business Members get a $20 Incentive.
