4 fresh California Brown
Turkey ;gs, cut in half
lengthwise
Fine granulated sugar
Olive oil
8 toasted baguette slices
or crackers
4 ounces Brie, sliced
4 slices crisp fried bacon,
cut in half
Sprinkle ;g halves very lightly with sugar.
Lightly coat a cast iron skillet with oil; heat
to very hot. Arrange the ;g halves, cut side
down, in the pan and sear for about 2 minutes.
Remove from the pan and let cool.
Top toasted baguette slices with cheese and
bacon. Arrange the ;gs, cut side up, on top.
Makes 4 servings.

Cheese and Walnuts

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces goat cheese
Salt (optional)
Combine cream cheese and goat cheese; mix
until well blended. If desired, add a pinch of salt.
Thoroughly wash grapes and dry them well.
1 pound Divine Flavor red
or green seedless grapes
8 ounces walnuts,
;nely chopped
Coat each grape with the cheese mixture. Roll in
chopped walnuts to coat. Makes 4 servings.
Tip: These can be prepared one day ahead and
stored, covered, in the refrigerator. They are very
easy to make and delicious.
