nine to 12 months might be required in order
to properly consider all of the features of your

Urine leakage, also known as urinary
incontinence, is a problem of the
urinary system. The degree to which
it occurs and its severity vary, but the
majority of cases can be improved.
Successful treatment depends on the
right diagnosis.

This is the first time I made banana bread in
my life, and it turned out to be great. If you
just want to have the bread without the topping, I would suggest adding a little more
butter to make it more moist. I used butterscotch chips, and they were a hit with my
kids. I have never seen them eat banana
bread with such enthusiasm.

The most common causes in men
are prostate issues. In women,
pregnancy, childbirth or menopause
can contribute to urinary leakage.
Prescription medications may also
cause changes in bladder control.
In addition, as you age, so do your
bladder muscles, causing them to
lose strength. Excess body weight has
also been shown to be a risk factor.
Clicking for customers
Rosalind Gray [“Catching New
Customers,” February 2012] nicely summarized an effective online marketing approach,
pay-per-click. It’s the front end of a process.
Each business still needs its website visitors
to take action. That challenge encouraged us
to offer a turnkey service for the entire process ( IWantLocalCustomers.com). The key is
to be sure someone is focused on landing-page effectiveness, too.

WHAT CAN I DO?
Urine leakage can be managed
through diet and lifestyle. Alcohol,
citrus fruits and juices, tomato-based foods, caffeine, spicy foods
and carbonated beverages might be
making your urine leakage worse. A
5 to 10 percent weight loss can help
relieve the added pressure excess
weight puts on your bladder. Pelvic-;oor muscle exercises, also know as
Kegels, are designed to strengthen
the muscles of the pelvic ;oor that
help control urination.
