When quitting, make sure you clean your
car to get rid of the smell of cigarettes.
If stress is causing you to smoke, try removing
yourself from the situation or breathing deeply.
Mix up your morning routine until you no
longer associate it with cigarettes.
After eating, excuse yourself from the table
right away and try to go for a walk.
