To place a special order, simply visit the
party platter kiosk in your Costco Deli at
least one day in advance and complete the
order form. Most party platters can be purchased directly out of the refrigerated case.
You’ll also find other items, such as the
Roast Beef and Italian-Style Sandwich Tray
for ;;;.;;, in the deli case.
“These can be served hot or cold, but I
recommend grilling them like a panini,”
says Franck Myhre, director of research and
development for Costco’s fresh foods.
Cakes
Baked and decorated in Costco bakeries, a new graduation cake designed with
balloons and a Belgian chocolate graduation
cap can be personalized with an inscription
and decorated in the school colors of choice
when ordered ahead of time.
“Other fun ideas for graduation cake
designs include festive balloons or a lei,
which can also be made in your graduate’s
school colors,” says David Richman, assis-
tant general merchandise manager of the
Costco Bakery.

Pizzas
Handmade in the Costco Food Court,
the ;;-inch round whole pizza is another
perfect option to serve, and at ;;.;; it’s a
great value. All pizzas, which are cut into ;;
slices, are topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella and provolone cheese blend, and
;;-month-aged Parmesan cheese.
Pizzas come in three different varieties:
cheese, pepperoni and combo; the combo
includes pepperoni, sausage, green bell
peppers, red onions, mushrooms and olives.
Advance notice on orders of ;; pizzas or
more is appreciated but not required, as all
whole pizzas are made fresh to order. C
