MELON POPS

Pop goes the melon! These dazzling
frozen treats are made entirely of
mashed Tuscan-Style® Cantaloupe
and PureHeart® Watermelon. Fun,
healthy and delicious!
3 cups cubed Tuscan-Style® cantaloupe
3 cups cubed PureHeart® watermelon
In a blender, add cubed melon and puree until
smooth. Pour into ice pop molds or small paper
cups. Add sticks and freeze until ;rm (about 4
hours or overnight). Makes 6 servings.
TIPS:
• To keep sticks standing up cover ;lled molds or
cups with a small piece of foil. Make a small slit in
the center and slide the stick through to keep it
standing until popsicles are frozen.
• To remove popsicles from molds or cups, turn
sideways and run under warm water until the
popsicles slide out easily.
• Alternate layers of di;erent colors of yogurt with
mashed melon for fun and colorful striped pops.
