WILD WONDERS® TOSTADA

WARM SALSA
1½ tablespoons grapeseed or vegetable oil
½ cup red onion, ;nely diced
3 cups Wild Wonders® tomatoes, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Kosher salt, to taste

8 corn tostadas
2 pounds cooked spicy lean ground beef

2 avocados, peeled, seeded and diced
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons queso fresco
Preheat a skillet over high heat. Add oil and onion
and sauté for about 20 seconds. Add tomatoes and
sauté for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat,
add cilantro and season to taste with salt. Keep warm.
Place 1 tostada on a plate and top with a layer of the
cooked ground beef. Add a quarter of the avocado
on top, followed by a couple tablespoons of the
Wild Wonders® salsa, followed by a drizzle of sour
cream. Top with another tostada. Sprinkle with
1 tablespoon queso fresco. Repeat with remaining
ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
