Another handy aspect, especially when camping, is that you can prep the meals in advance,
and customize meals, too. If one camper likes bell
peppers and another doesn’t, simply leave them out
of one of the packets and use a permanent marker
to mark names or notes on each packet.
The best part: It can be done year-round, so
a favorite dish cooked over an open flame in the
summer can easily be popped in the oven during
the winter. Note that you will need to adjust the
temperature and cooking time according to which
